Launch price terms

1. Organiser

Convertiq Media, owner Tim Hoffmann, Wolfratshauserstraße 48, 82049 Pullach im Isartal (“we”).

2. Who can take part

People aged 18 or over with an iPhone (Apple ID) or an Android phone (Google account). One participation per person and account. The Android app is expected to follow the iPhone app; on Android, the benefits apply from PrePick’s launch on Google Play.

3. 3 days of PrePick Pro free (waitlist)

  • If you join the waitlist with your first name and email and confirm your email address, you can use PrePick Pro free for 3 days at launch.
  • We send your access by email at launch (and via WhatsApp if you opted in). It is redeemed through the App Store or Google Play.
  • After 3 days the trial automatically renews into the subscription you choose when redeeming, at the regular price – unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends: on iPhone in Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions), on Android in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You see the price in the store before redeeming.
  • We remind you before the trial ends via WhatsApp or email. There is no entitlement to the reminder; your Apple or Google account settings apply.

4. Launch price and founding member (WhatsApp)

  • Requirements: (a) joined the waitlist and confirmed your email, (b) added your WhatsApp number and opted in to WhatsApp messages, (c) subscribe via your personal access within 14 days after PrePick launches in the respective store (App Store or Google Play).
  • Launch price on annual plans: You pay an annual price for PrePick Plus or PrePick Pro below the regular annual price. We will tell you the amount before launch. The launch price applies for as long as your annual subscription renews without interruption. If you cancel or it lapses, a new subscription is at the regular price.
  • Launch price on monthly plans: The first month costs less than usual; afterwards the regular monthly price applies.
  • Switching: If you switch from Plus to Pro, the launch price applies to Pro.
  • Extras: Founding members get a badge in the app. With PrePick Plus you also get 5 requests to the AI assistant.

5. General

  • No cash alternative; benefits are not transferable.
  • We may exclude participants in case of abuse – e.g. multiple sign-ups, disposable addresses or other people’s data.
  • Subscriptions, payment and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google; their App Store or Google Play terms also apply.
  • We may end or change the promotion before launch. Benefits whose requirements you have already met remain valid.
